Availability of New Payment Facility Utilizing PESONet through Land Bank Link.biz Portal Online Payment Facility

July 16, 2019 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 081-19 SUBJECT : Availability of New Payment Facility Utilizing PESONet through Land Bank Link.biz Portal Online Payment Facility TO : All Internal Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned This Circular is issued to inform the taxpayers, tax practitioners, and others concerned on the availability of the new payment facility utilizing the PESONet payment system under the National Retail Payment System (NRPS) policy framework of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), for the payment of internal revenue taxes in line with the Bureau of Internal Revenue's (BIR) drive to digitize tax payments to improve existing processes for ease of doing business. This facility will enable taxpayers with an account in any of the Bangko Sentral-regulated Financial Institutions (BSFIs) participating in the PESONet payment system to pay their taxes online through Land Bank of the Philippines' (LBP) Link.Biz Portal. The new payment facility will be available initially to depositors of Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC) and soon to depositors of other PESONet participating BSFIs. Taxpayers filing their tax returns using the eBIRForms and taxpayers mandated to use the Electronic Filing and Payment System (eFPS) can use the aforesaid online payment facility. For more information and instructions on how to use the online payment facility, taxpayers can directly inquire with LBP, visit its website (www.lbp-eservices.com) , or the BIR website (www.bir.gov.ph/index.php/eservices/epay.html) .
