September 7, 2017 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 080-17 SUBJECT : Non-Acceptance of Checks/Drawn Checks from World Partners Bank (A Thrift Bank), Inc. TO : All Revenue Collection Officers (RCOs)/Special Collection Officers (SCOs)/Collection Officers (COs) and Others Concerned For the information and guidance of all concerned, all Revenue Collection Officers (RCOs)/Special Collection Officers (SCOs)/Collection Officers (COs) are hereby advised not to accept checks, as well as taxpayers' checks drawn from WORLD PARTNERS (A THRIFT BANK), INC. , with Head Office address at 74 A. Mabini St., Brgy. Poblacion, City of San Pedro, Laguna, in payment of internal revenue taxes. This is in conformity with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) Monetary Board Resolution No. 1340 dated August 11, 2017 prohibiting the subject bank from doing business in the Philippines and placing it under receivership with the Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC) as the designated receiver, as stated in the letter dated August 11, 2017 of the Officer-in-Charge, Receivership and Bank Management Group of PDIC. The Bank has (4) branches located at the following addresses: Branch Address Sta. Maria Gen. Halili Ave., Bagbaguin, Sta. Maria, Bulacan San Pablo City 2/F San Pablo Shopping Mall, Regidor St., San Pablo City Meycauayan HBC Building, Requino St., Calvario, City of Meycauayan Tanauan 21 A.
