Santiago SUBJECT : Raising of Philippine Flag Twenty Four (24) Hours A Day Enclosed herewith for information is a copy of letter dated March 4, 1997 of the Chairman, National Centennial Commission requesting the Department of Finance and all its Regional Offices nationwide to raise the Philippine Flag 24 hours a day in lieu of the forthcoming Flag Days (May 28, 1997 June 12, 1997) and the Independence Day Celebration (June 12, 1997). Moreover, it is requested that the Centennial Flag be flown alongside the Philippine Flag as an awareness campaign on the Philippine Centennial. Please be guided accordingly. (SGD) LOURDES Z.
