May 2, 1969 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 08-69 SUBJECT : Loss of One Set of Residence Certificate No. B-155563 TO : All Revenue Officers and Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of one set of residence certificate No. B-155563. Said certificate was discovered missing on April 15, 1969 as a result of error in binding in the Bureau of Printing. Internal revenue officers and other concerned should promptly notify this Office in the case the above certificate is found taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent the improper or fraudulent use thereof. prll (SGD.)
