February 20, 1968 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 08-68 SUBJECT : Loss of Residence Certificates Class C-1 Bearing Serial Numbers 13552 to 13575 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given that Class C-1 Residence Certificates with serial numbers 13552 to 13575 under the accountability of the Collection Agent at Cavite City was discovered missing on June 5, 1967. Accordingly, the production of the said missing certificates by anyone will be taken as proceeding from illegal sources and the consequent use thereof unauthorized. Those concerned are enjoined to report immediately the discovery of any or all of the aforesaid receipts to this Office for appropriate action. cdpr (SGD.) MISAEL P.
