February 2, 1965 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 08-65 SUBJECT : Loss of One Pad of Official Receipts (BIR Form No. 25.24) TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of one pad of Official Receipts (BIR Form No. 25.24) bearing serial numbers C-1901523-1901550. The above stated receipts were found missing by Cash Clerk Linda P. Peralta of Kalibo, Aklan, after the typhoon on November 20, 1964. Internal Revenue Officers and others concerned should promptly notify this Office in case any of these certificates is found, taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent improper or fraudulent use of disposition thereof. cdtech (SGD.)
