February 24, 1964 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 08-64 SUBJECT : Loss of Residence Tax Certificates (Class "B" for 1963) TO : All Revenue Officers and Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of Residence Tax Certificates, (Class "B" for 1963) to wit: Serial Numbers Quantity "B"-0442551-0442600 50 Receipts "B"- 0442601-0442650 50 Receipts The above Residence Tax Certificates were stolen on December 10, 1963, from the office of the Collection Agent for Cervantes, Ilocos Sur. Internal Revenue Officers and others concerned should promptly notify this Office in case any of those Residence Tax Certificates is found taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent improper or fraudulent disposition or use thereof. llcd (SGD.)
