June 13, 2019 REVENUEMEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 077-19 SUBJECT : Publishing the Full Text of the Memorandum of Collaboration (MOC) and Memorandum of Collaboration (MOC) Sub-Agreement to Ensure Safe and Efficient Data Sharing in Accordance with R.A. 101 73, R.A. 109 63 and E. O. 5 3 between the Bureau of Internal Revenue and the Insurance Commission TO : All Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned For the information and guidance of all concerned, attached is the full text of the Memorandum of Collaboration (MOC) and Memorandum of Collaboration (MOC) Sub-Agreement to Ensure Safe and Efficient Data Sharing in Accordance with R.A. 10173, R.A. 10963 and E.O. 53 between the Bureau of Internal Revenue and the Insurance Commission.
