August 22, 2014 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 074-14 SUBJECT : Availability of BIR Form Nos. 2200-A (Excise Tax Return for Alcohol Products) and 2200-T (Excise Tax Return for Tobacco Products) in Electronic Filing and Payment System (eFPS) and Electronic Bureau of Internal Revenue Forms (eBIRForms) Offline Package TO : All Internal Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned Relative to the implementation of Republic Act No. 10351 (An Act Restructuring the Excise Tax on Alcohol and Tobacco Products by Amending Sections 141, 142, 143, 144, 145, 8, 131 and 288 of Republic Act No. 8424, Otherwise Known as the National Internal Revenue Code of 1997, as Amended by Republic Act No. 9334, and for Other Purposes), BIR Form Nos. 2200-A and 2200-T are enhanced and available now in eFPS. The pop-up message that appears on the screen upon accessing the eFPS facility, to read as follows: "eFPS Notice For 2200-A and 2200-T eFilers: The new/enhanced version of the form is now available in eFPS and you are directed to use this return when filing and paying for the actual removal or prepayment/advance deposit of alcohol or tobacco products." Likewise, the new/enhanced version of the abovementioned BIR Forms are available in eBIRForms Offline Package for non-eFPS filers.
