August 27, 2014 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 071-14 SUBJECT : Lost Original Copy from One (1) Set of a Used But Unissued BIR Form No. 2524 Revenue Official Receipt TO : All Internal Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of the original copy from one (1) set of a used but unissued BIR Form No. 2524 Revenue Official Receipt (ROR) with the hereunder stated serial number, to wit: ROR201301377451 The abovementioned copy was reported as lost by Ms. Flordeliza E. Viaje, Revenue Officer I, Revenue District Office No. 3, Revenue Region No. 1, Calasiao, Pangasinan. Consequently, the entire ROR set bearing the said serial number is hereby cancelled. All official transactions involving the use thereof is therefore considered as INVALID. Internal Revenue officials, employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in the event that the aforesaid form is found and to take the necessary measures to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use of the same.
