Revision of the Rules Implementing RA 6850

June 26, 1990 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 070-90 SUBJECT : Revision of the Rules Implementing RA 6850 TO : All Revenue Officials and Employees and Others Concerned For the information and guidance of all revenue officials and employees, quoted hereunder is Civil Service Commission Memorandum Circular No. 25, series of 1990 dated May 21, 1990. " The Commission has revised the Rules it has promulgated to implement RA 6850, entitled " An Act to Grant Civil Service Eligibility Under Certain Provisional or Temporary Status Who Have Rendered a Total of Seven (7) Years of Efficient Service and for Other Purposes ", and implemented through CSC MC No. 14, s. 1990 . Under the Revised Rules, the required twelve (12) months in the career service and three (3) months occupancy of the position held as of the approval of the Act, has been eliminated .
