July 8, 2020 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 070-20 SUBJECT : Circularizing the List of Expired Tax Credit Certificates TO : All Internal Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned Pursuant to the transitory provisions of Revenue Regulations No. 14-2020, this Circular is hereby issued publishing the list of Tax Credit Certificates (TCCs) that are already expired as of the effectivity of the said Regulations on June 13, 2020 (Annex "A"). This Circular is deemed a sufficient notice to the concerned taxpayer-owner of the TCC as provided by the same Regulations.
