January 24, 1972 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 07-72 SUBJECT : Loss of One (1) Stub of Residence Certificate Class "A" 1972, Bearing Serial Numbers 2372301-2372350 (BIR Form No. 9.01) TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of one (1) stub of Residence Certificate Class "A", 1972 (BIR Form No. 9.01), to wit: SERIAL NUMBERS QUANTITY 2372301-2372350 One Pad The above Residence Certificates were discovered lost by Acting Collection Agent SILVESTRE M. IGNALAGA, Office of the Collection Agent, Calatrava, Negros Occidental. The loss was reported to the Provincial Auditor, Bacolod Negros Occidental, the Regional Director, BIR Revenue Region No. 14, Bacolod City, the Revenue District Officer, BIR Inspection District No. 63, Victorias, Negros Occidental and to the National Office in his letter dated December 14, 1971, attached. Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and Others Concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case any of the abovementioned Residence Certificate is found, taking necessary steps in the meantime, to prevent improper of fraudulent use and disposition. cdt (SGD.)
