April 11, 1969 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 07-69 SUBJECT : Loss of Residence Certificates Class "B" Bearing Serial Numbers 1555857-1555900 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given that a stub of class "B" Residence certificates consisting of forty-four (44) pieces with serial numbers 1555857-1555900 under the accountability of the late Jesus Y. Ganzon, who died on April 3, 1968 while Acting Collection of San Dionisio, Iloilo, was discovered missing after an inventory of the accounts of said collection agent Ganzon by the Internal Audit Team of Revenue Region No. 15, Iloilo City, made on April 9, 1968. Accordingly, the production of the said missing certificates by anyone will be taken as proceeding from illegal sources and the consequent use thereof unauthorized. Those concerned are enjoined to report immediately the discovery of any or all of the aforesaid receipts to this Office for appropriate action. LLpr (SGD.) MISAEL P.
