July 31, 2017 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 064-17 SUBJECT : Publishing the Full Text of Government Quality Management Committee (GQMC) Memorandum Circular No.2017-1 dated June 23, 2017 by the Secretary of Department of Budgetand Management (DBM) and Secretary of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Entitled "Guidelines on theValidation of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS)Certification or ISO-Aligned QMS Documents as a Requirement for the Grant of the FY 2017Performance-Based Bonus (PBB)" TO : All Internal Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned For the information and guidance of all internal revenue officials and others concerned, attached is a copy of the Government Quality Management Committee Memorandum Circular No. 2017-1 dated June 23, 2017 by the Secretary of Department of Budget and Management (DBM) and Secretary of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), entitled "Guidelines on the Validation of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) Certification or ISO-Aligned QMS Documents as a Requirement for the Grant of the FY 2017 Performance-Based Bonus (PBB)."
