July 12, 2017 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 063-17 SUBJECT : Publishing the Full Text of Executive Order No. 31 dated June 28, 2017, Entitled "Creating the Strategy, Economics, and Results Group in the Department of Finance" TO : All Internal Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned For the information and guidance of all internal revenue officials, and others concerned, attached is the letter from Atty. Concepcion Zeny E. Ferrolino-Enad, Director III of Malacaang Records Office dated June 29, 2017 and the certified copy of Executive Order No. 31 dated June 28, 2017, entitled "Creating the Strategy, Economics, and Results Group in the Department of Finance."
