February 2, 1968 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 06-68 SUBJECT : Loss of One (1) Revenue Official Receipt (BIR Form No. 25.24) TO : All Revenue Officers and Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of one (1) revenue official receipt bearing serial no. 2355438. According to Mr. LEOPOLDO D. BAKIT, Teller, Office of the Revenue Collector, South Manila, in his affidavit, the loss was due to the defect in binding in the Bureau of Printing of revenue official receipts, which did not include the original copy of official No. 2355438. Internal Revenue Officers and others concerned should report immediately to this Office in case the above-stated receipt is found, taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent improper and fraudulent disposition or use thereof.
