January 31, 1967 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 06-67 TO : All Regional Directors, Chief Revenue Officers and Other Fieldmen, Collection Agents, and Others Concerned SUBJECT : Non-Issuance of Hunting Permits At the request of the Director, Parks and Wildlife Office, and in compliance with the Memorandum dated January 9, 1967 of the President of the Philippines addressed to the Parks and Wildlife Office, Bureau of Forestry, and Reforestation Administration, it is hereby directed that henceforth and until further notice, no hunting permits shall be issued and/or payments of the fees therefore shall be accepted.
