January 29, 1965 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 06-65 SUBJECT : Issuance of Internal Revenue Strip Stamps for Cigarettes, of the P2.50 Per M Class, 30's at P0.075 and of the P3.75 Per M Class, 30's at P0.1125 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given that this Bureau will issue strip stamps for cigarettes printed by Thomas Dela Rue, of the P2.50 per M. Class, 30's at P0.075 and of the P3.75 per M Class, 30's at P0.1125. The strip stamps to be issued are of the standard small size. They are printed on safety white paper with silk or fiber strands. The main design on the stamps is the seal of the Republic of the Philippines which color is green or gray on the P2.50 per M Class and blue on orange on the P3.75 per M Class. (SGD.) BENJAMIN N.
