February 18, 1963 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 06-64 SUBJECT : Loss of Residence Tax Certificates (Class "B", "C" and "C-1" for 1963) TO : All Revenue Officers and Employees and others concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of Residence Tax Certificates, (Class "B", "C" and "C-1" for 1963), to wit: Serial Numbers Quantity B-0443551 - 0443650 100 receipts C 6726 - 6750 25 receipts C-1 6441 - 6475 25 receipts The above Residence Tax Certificates were stolen on February 15, 1963, from the Collection Agent for San Esteban, Ilocos Sur, while he was in a Philippine Rabbit Bus bound for his station town. Internal Revenue Officers and others concerned should promptly notify this Office in case any of those Residence Tax Certificates is found taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent improper or fraudulent disposition or use thereof. cdti (SGD.)
