May 3, 2021 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 057-21 SUBJECT : Circularizing Republic Act No. 11 523, Entitled "An Act Ensuring Philippine Finan cial Industry Resiliency Against the COVID-19 Pandemic" TO : All Internal Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned For the information and guidance of all internal revenue officials, employees and others concerned, attached as Annex "A" hereof is the copy of Republic Act No. 11523, entitled "An Act Ensuring Philippine Financial Industry Resiliency Against the COVID-19 Pandemic."
