June 9, 2017 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 057-17 SUBJECT : Publishing the Full Text of Joint Circular No. 1 dated October 20, 2016 by the Secretary of Department of Budget and Management (DBM) and Secretary of Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), Entitled "Guidelines on the Rehabilitation or Construction of Government Buildings/Office Space and the Acquisition or Outright Purchase of Lot and Building" TO : All Internal Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned For the information and guidance of all internal revenue officials and others concerned, attached is a copy of Joint Circular No. 1 dated October 20, 2016 by the Secretary of Department of Budget and Management (DBM) and Secretary of Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), Entitled "Guidelines on the Rehabilitation or Construction of Government Buildings/Office Space and the Acquisition or Outright Purchase of Lot and Building."
