June 9, 2017 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 055-17 SUBJECT : Publishing the Full Text of National Budget Circular No. 570 dated May 19, 2017, Entitled "Prescribing Guidelines for Issuance of Multi-Year Obligational Authority (MYOA) for Multi-Year Projects (MYPs) Covering the Procurement of Regular and Recurring Services" TO : All Internal Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned For the information and guidance of all internal revenue officials and others concerned, attached is a copy of National Budget Circular No. 570 dated May 19, 2017 by the Secretary of Department of Budget and Management, entitled "Prescribing Guidelines for Issuance of Multi-Year Obligational Authority (MYOA) for Multi-Year Project (MYPs) Covering the Procurement of Regular and Recurring Services."
