Payment of Internal Revenue Taxes through the Online Payment Facility of the Authorized Agent Bank (AAB)

April 16, 2019 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 051-19 SUBJECT : Payment of Internal Revenue Taxes through the Online Payment Facility of the Authorized Agent Bank (AAB) TO : All Internal Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned This Circular is issued to inform the taxpayers and others concerned on the additional channel of payment of internal revenue taxes. aTHCSE The Union Bank of the Philippines (UBP), an Authorized Agent Bank of the BIR can now accept electronic/online tax payment through Union Bank Online Web and Mobile applications. Taxpayer who has an account with the said bank can now pay their taxes through the said electronic/online tax payment facilities. The taxpayers can directly inquire from the said AAB or visit their website on how to avail of these tax payment facilities.
