July 8, 2013 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 051-13 SUBJECT : Missing Original Copies from Two (2) Unused Sets of BIR Form No. 2313 Certificate Authorizing Registration TO : All Internal Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the missing original copies from two (2) unused sets of BIR Form No. 2313 Certificate Authorizing Registration (CAR) with the following serial numbers: TcCSIa CAR201200117043 CAR201200117047 The abovementioned forms were reported as missing by Ms. Jeanette P. De Guzman of Revenue District Office No. 45, Revenue Region No. 7, Quezon City, Consequently, the entire CAR sets bearing the said serial numbers are cancelled. All official transactions involving the use thereof are considered as INVALID. Internal Revenue officials, employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in the event that the aforesaid forms are found and to take the necessary measures to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use of the same.
