February 9, 1977 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 05-77 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and others concerned SUBJECT : Loss of Fifty (50) pieces of Revenue Official Receipts (BIR Form No. 25.24) bearing Serial Numbers F-5753751 to F-5753800 Serial Number Quantity F-5753751 to F-5753800 Fifty (50) pieces The above Revenue Official Receipts were reported lost to the Commissioner of Internal Revenue by Regional Director Salvador Hernandez of Revenue Region No. 5, Legaspi City, based on the report of Collection Agent Artemio Laban of Magallanes, Sorsogon. Internal revenue officers, employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case the above-mentioned Revenue Official Receipts are found, taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use thereof. aisa dc EFREN I.
