January 21, 1972 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 05-72 SUBJECT : Loss of One (1) Booklet Residence Certificate Class "A" No. 4354951-4355000 TO : All Revenue Officers and Employees and Others concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of one (1) booklet Residence Certificate Class "A", to wit: SERIAL NUMBER QUANTITY 4354951-4355000 50 certificates The loss of the abovementioned residence certificates was reported by ANGELINA B. CORDOVA, Collection Agent, Rosario Cavite, in her letter to this Office dated January 3, 1972. Internal Revenue Officer and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case any of the abovementioned Residence Certificate is found, taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent improper or fraudulent use or disposition thereof. cdt MISAEL P.
