January 14, 1969 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 05-69 SUBJECT : Loss of Revenue Official Receipt (BIR Form No. 25.24) TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of the original of revenue official receipt (BIR Form No. 25.24) numbered 3231069. The aforesaid receipt was discovered on September 19, 1968 to have been deliberately detached from the booklet containing forty-nine (49) other receipts, bearing serial numbers 3231051-3231100, entrusted on August 15, 1968 by the Revenue Collection Agent, Quezon City, to Assistant Revenue Collection Agent Rosario Beltran. Internal Revenue Officers and employees and others concerned should promptly notify this Office in case said receipt is found, taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent improper or fraudulent use or disposition thereof.
