January 16, 1968 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 05-68 SUBJECT : Loss of the One (1) Pad of Revenue Official Receipts (BIR Form No. 25.24) TO : All Revenue Officers and Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of the one (1) pad of revenue official receipts (BIR Form No. 25.24) or fifty (50) receipts, bearing serial numbers 1143051 to 1143100. The aforesaid receipts were lost sometime on October 30, 1967 from the custody of the Revenue Collector for San Carlos City (Pangasinan). Official receipts numbers 1143051 to 1143093, inclusive, were already issued thereby leaving seven (7) receipts (Nos. 1143094 to 1143100 unissued. Internal Revenue Officers and others concerned should report immediately to this Office in case any of the above-stated receipts is found, taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent improper and fraudulent disposition or use thereof.
