January 26, 1965 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 05-65 SUBJECT : Loss of One (1) Booklet of Revenue Official Receipt (BIR Form No. 25.24) TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of one (1) booklet of Revenue Official Receipt (BIR Form No. 25.24), viz: Serial Numbers Quantity B-2394101-2394150 50 receipts The above stub of official receipt was lost on or about September 24, 1964 in Barrio Tambang, Municipality of Tinambac, Camarines Sur, while the Revenue Collector thereat, Marciano M. Abrazado was on tax campaign. Internal revenue employees and others concerned should promptly notify this Office or the nearest internal revenue office in case any of the above receipts is found taking necessary steps meanwhile so as to prevent improper or fraudulent disposition or use thereof. aisadc (SGD.)
