May 16, 2017 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 045-17 SUBJECT : Publishing the Full Text of Executive Order No. 19 dated April 27, 2017, Entitled "Reduction and Condonation of Real Property Taxes and Interests/Penalties Assessed on the Power Generation Facilities of Independent Power Producers under Build-Operate Transfer Contracts with Government-Owned or -Controlled Corporations" TO : All Internal Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned For the information and guidance of all internal revenue officials, and others concerned, attached is the letter from Atty. Concepcion Zeny E. Ferrolino-Enad, Director III of Malacaang Records Office and the certified copy of Executive Order No. 19 dated April 27, 2017, entitled "Reduction and Condonation of Real Property Taxes and Interests/Penalties Assessed on the Power Generation Facilities of Independent Power Producers under Build-Operate Transfer Contracts with Government-Owned or -Controlled Corporations."
