February 9, 1976 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 04-76 SUBJECT : Issuance of a New Kind of Auxiliary Label for Imported Distilled Spirits Printed Locally by the Bureau of Printing TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and others concerned It is hereby announced that starting February 9, 1976, the Accountable Forms Division of this Bureau will issue a new kind of auxiliary label for imported distilled spirits printed locally by the Bureau of Printing. The auxiliary labels are serially numbered and printed in Rhodamine Red, on white security paper with imbedded artificial silk-fibers and containing watermark "BIR and the Seal of the Republic of the Philippines."
