March 21, 2016 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 038-16 SUBJECT : Circularizing the Price of Sugar at Millsite for Week-Ending March 6, 2016, as Provided by the Licensing and Monitoring Division, Regulation Department, Sugar Regulatory Administration (SRA) TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned For the information and guidance of all internal revenue officials, employees and others concerned, attached herewith, as Annex "A" hereof, is the Price of Sugar at Millsite for the Week-Ending March 6, 2016 provided to this Bureau by the Licensing and Monitoring Division, Regulation Department, Sugar Regulatory Administration (SRA) pursuant to Revenue Regulations No. 13-2015 dated October 12, 2015.
