Missing Two (2) Pieces of Cigarette Strip Stamps at 20's @ 45% AVTR

May 5, 2014 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 033-14 SUBJECT : Missing Two (2) Pieces of Cigarette Strip Stamps at 20's @ 45% AVTR TO : All Internal Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the missing Two (2) pieces of Cigarette Strip Stamps at 20's @ 45% AVTR bearing the following serial numbers: 0000000009 and 0000000010 The abovementioned cigarette strip stamps were reported missing by Ms. Felipa P. De Jesus, former vault custodian of the Accountable Forms Division, Bureau of Internal Revenue, and have consequently been cancelled. All official transactions involving the use of said cigarette strip stamps at 20's @ 45% AVTR are therefore considered as INVALID. Internal Revenue officials, employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in the event that the aforesaid cigarette strip stamps are found and to take the necessary measures to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use of the same.
