The ad valorem tax for each product is reduced; D. The total tax for each product is reduced; E. The Oil Product Stabilization Fund (OPSF) of P0.10 for each product per kilo/liter is excluded; F. Posted price and retail price for each product are reduced; and G. Dealers margin is the same for all products except LPG which is raised from P0.38 per kilogram to P0.414.
