January 17, 1968 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 03-68 SUBJECT : Loss One (1) Pad of Revenue Official Receipts (BIR Form No. 25.24) TO : All Revenue Officers and Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of one (1) pad of revenue official receipts (BIR Form No. 25.24) or fifty (50) receipts, bearing serial numbers 4945551 to 4945600. The aforesaid receipts were lost sometime on August 28, 1967 from the custody of the Revenue Cash Clerk; Zamboanga City. Official receipts numbers 4945551 to 4945566, inclusive, were already issued thereby leaving thirty four (34) unissued receipts (Nos. 4945567 to 4945600). Internal Revenue Officers and others concerned should report immediately to this Office in case any of the above-stated receipts is found, taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent improper and fraudulent disposition or use thereof.
