April 13, 1978 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 029-78 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and Others Concerned SUBJECT : Loss of Five (5) Pads of Residence Certificates (Individual) for CY 1978 Bearing Serial Numbers 12166101-12166150, Inclusive; 12167451-12167500, Inclusive; 12177351-12177400, Inclusive; 12180001-12180050, Inclusive; and 12181251-12181300, Inclusive Notice is hereby given of the loss of five (5) pads of Residence Certificates (Individual) for CY 1978, to wit: Inclusive Serial Number Quantity 12166101-12166150 1 pad 12167451-12167500 1 pad 12177351-12177400 1 pad 12180001-12180050 1 pad 12181251-12181300 1 pad The above Residence Certificates were discovered missing from the 1,000 pads shipped to the Provincial Treasurer of Maguindanao by the Accountable Forms Division, this Bureau. Internal Revenue Officers, Employees, and Others Concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case any of the above-mentioned Residence Certificates are found, taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use thereof. aisa dc EFREN I.
