April 1, 2014 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 029-14 SUBJECT : Missing One (1) Unused Set of BIR Form No. 2524 Revenue Official Receipt TO : All Internal Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the missing one (1) unused set of BIR Form No. 2524 Revenue Official Receipt (ROR) with the hereunder stated serial number, to wit: 3363151G The abovementioned form was reported missing by Mr. Peter A. Damullog, previously assigned as Acting Collection Agent in Revenue District Office No. 12, under the former Revenue Region No. 2, Tuguegarao, Cagayan, now, Revenue Region No. 2 Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR), Baguio City, and have consequently been cancelled. All official transactions involving the use of said form is therefore considered as INVALID. Internal Revenue officials, employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in the event that the aforesaid form is found and to take the necessary measures to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use of the same.
