Missing Two (2) Pieces of Cigarette Strip Stamps at P1.15-P1.72

April 1, 2014 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 027-14 SUBJECT : Missing Two (2) Pieces of Cigarette Strip Stamps at P1.15-P1.72 TO : All Internal Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the missing Two (2) pieces of Cigarette Strip Stamps at P1.15-P1.72 bearing the following serial numbers: 0171400009 and 0171400010 The abovementioned cigarette strip stamps were reported missing by Ms. Felipa P. De Jesus, former vault custodian of the Accountable Forms Division, Bureau of Internal Revenue, and have consequently been cancelled. All official transactions involving the use of said cigarette strip stamps at P1.15-P1.72 are therefore considered as INVALID. Internal Revenue officials, employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in the event that the aforesaid cigarette strip stamps are found and to take the necessary measures to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use of the same.
