March 6, 2017 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 025-17 SUBJECT : Loss of Original Copies of Tax Debit Memo and Tax Credit Certificate Issued to Solid Development Corporation TO : All Internal Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of the original copies of Tax Debit Memo and Tax Credit Certificate (TCC) to wit: TCAScE SERIAL NUMBER TCC No. I-014400-T TDM No. 2016-0034-C-1 The above-mentioned TDM and TCC were reported as lost by Commissioner Alberto D. Lina of the Bureau of Customs. Consequently, the TDM and TCC bearing the said serial numbers are deemed cancelled. All official transactions involving the use of said forms are therefore considered as INVALID. Internal Revenue Officials, employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in the event that the aforesaid TDM and TCC are found and to take the necessary measures to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use of the same.
