January 2, 1998 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 02-98 SUBJECT : Missing One (1) Pad of Revenue Official Receipt (BIR Form No. 25.24) TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the missing one (1) pad of Revenue Official Receipt (BIR Form No. 25.24), to wit: Serial Number Quantity 3528201 L - 3528250 L One (1) pad The abovementioned Revenue Official Receipts which were reported as missing by Mr. CAMILO L. LUMBERIO, Revenue Officer I (Collection) of Revenue District Office No. 68, Pilar, Sorsogon, are hereby deemed cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are therefore invalidated.
