January 4, 1971 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 02-71 SUBJECT : Loss of BIR Official Receipts (BIR Form No. 25.24) Nos. 1143094-1143100 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and others concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of seven (7) pieces of official receipts (BIR Form No. 25.24), to wit: Serial Numbers Quantity 1143094 to 1143100 7 pieces The lost revenue official receipts were reported to the Auditor General on January 6, 1969. Internal revenue Officers and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case any of the above mentioned revenue official receipts is found, taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent improper or fraudulent disposition or use thereof. cdt MISAEL P.
