Further Extending the Deadline for Filing/Submission of BIR Form Nos. 1604-CF, 2316 and 1604-E

February 26, 2020 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 017-20 SUBJECT : Further Extending the Deadline for the Filing/Submission of the Annual Information Return of Income Taxes Withheld on Compensation and Final Withholding Taxes (BIR Form No. 1604-CF) and Extension of the Deadline for Certificate of Compensation Payment (BIR Form No. 2316) and the Annual Information Return of Creditable Income Taxes Withheld (Expanded) (BIR Form No. 1604-E) TO : All Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned In line with the filing/submission of the BIR Form No. 1604-CF, including the Alphabetical List of Employees/Payees from Whom Taxes Were Withheld (alphalist), the deadline is further extended from February 28, 2020 to March 31, 2020. Moreover, the deadlines of submission of the following forms; BIR Form No. 2316 and the BIR Form No. 1604-E, together with its alphalist, are hereby extended to March 31, 2020.
