March 20, 1978 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 016-78 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, City Treasurers, Provincial Treasurers, Employees and Others Concerned SUBJECT : Loss of One (1) Pad of Residence Certificate (Individual) for CY 1978 Bearing Serial Numbers 4288151 to 4288200, Inclusive Notice is hereby given of the loss of one (1) pad of Residence Certificate (Individual) for CY 1978, to wit: Inclusive Serial Number Quantity 4288151-4288200 One (1) pad The above Residence Certificates were discovered missing from the 1,600 pads shipped to the Provincial Treasurer of Oriental Mindoro by the Accountable Forms Division, this Bureau. Internal Revenue Officers, Treasury Officers, Employees and Others Concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case any of the above-mentioned Residence Certificates are found, taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use thereof. aisa dc EFREN I.
