Suspending the Rural Service for the First Half of April, 1978

February 28, 1978 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 010-78 TO : All Revenue Officials and Employees Quoted hereunder is Memorandum Circular No. 1045, dated February 21, 1978 of the Office of the President for your information and guidance. "TANGGAPAN NG PANGULO NG PILIPINAS (OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES) "MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 1045 "SUSPENDING THE RURAL SERVICE FOR THE FIRST HALF OF APRIL, 1978, UNDER THE PAGLILINGKOD: BAGONG LIPUNAN PROGRAM "In view of the elections on April 7, 1978, for members of the Interim Batasang Pambansa, the rural service under the Paglilingkod: Bagong Lipunan Program for the period April 1-15, 1978, required of government officials and employees pursuant to the provisions of Letter of Instructions No. 559 dated June 23, 1977, is hereby suspended. "The employees scheduled for rural service on the period April 1-15, 1978, shall be distributed among other periods left so that all shall have rendered service as of September 15, 1978. CLAVE Presidential Executive Assistant" In view of the foregoing, the officials and employees who have chosen April 1-15, 1978 as their period of rural service should select another period between April 16, 1978 and September 15, 1978 for their 15 days rural service for this year.
