December 7, 1966 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 01-67 SUBJECT : Loss of Class "B" Residence Certificate (BIR Form No. 9.02) TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given that Residence Certificate Class "B" (BIR Form No. 9.02) No. 0727944 was noted missing from its stub upon verification of the shipment from the National Office. Internal Revenue Officers, employees and others concerned should promptly notify this Office in case the said residence certificate is found, taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent improper or fraudulent use of disposition thereof. aisadc (SGD.)
