January 28, 1963 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 01-63 SUBJECT : Requiring Taxpayers to Affix Their Signatures on All Supporting Papers Attached to Their Income Tax Returns TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned For the information and guidance of all concerned the following instructions are hereby issued. Statements attached to and supporting the income tax returns must be duly signed by the taxpayer filing the same; otherwise, they shall be considered as of no value at all. (SGD.) JOSE B.
