January 14, 2019 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 007-19 SUBJECT : Lost Original Copy of the Three (3) Sets of Unused/Unissued BIR Form No. 2524 Revenue Official Receipt TO : All Internal Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of original copy of the three (3) sets of unused and unissued BIR Form No. 2524 Revenue Official Receipt, bearing the following serial numbers: aDSIHc ROR201301824805 ROR201301824832 ROR201301824841 The abovementioned forms were reported as lost by Mr. Alexan C. Usngan, Revenue Collection Officer, Revenue District Office No. 102, Revenue Region No. 16, Cagayan de Oro City. Consequently, the entire ROR sets bearing the said serial numbers are hereby cancelled. All official transactions involving the use thereof is therefore considered as INVALID. Internal Revenue officials, employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in the event that the aforesaid forms are found and to take the necessary measures to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use of the same.
