December 18, 1978 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 006-79 SUBJECT : Issuance of Internal Revenue Cigarette Strip Stamps, Printed by the Government Printing Office, Manila, Pursuant to Section 149 of the National Internal Revenue Code TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and others concerned Announcement is hereby made that starting today, December 18, 1978, the Accountable Forms Division of this Bureau will issue Internal Revenue Strip Stamps for cigarettes printed by the Government Printing Office, Manila, and described hereunder. cdt Tax Bracket Denomination Color Scheme P12.00/M 20's at P0.24 Orange on green This matter should be given as wide a publicity as possible. cdt EFREN I.
