Extension of the Submission of Sworn Declaration of Inventory per Branch as of December 31, 2019, on or before January 31, 2020

January 15, 2020 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 006-20 SUBJECT : Extension of the Submission of Sworn Declaration of Inventory per Branch as of December 31, 2019, on or before January 31, 2020 TO : All Internal Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned In connection with Revenue Memorandum Circular (RMC) No. 2-2020, all concerned Revenue District Offices (RDOs) are notified that the submission of the Year-End Sworn Declaration Inventories of Diesel, Gasoline and Kerosene by all Retail/Gasoline Stations nationwide is hereby extended until January 31, 2020. Furthermore, all Revenue District Offices (RDOs) are directed to submit the soft copies of the consolidated Sworn Declaration of Inventories to the Excise Large Taxpayers Field Operations Division (ELTFOD) on or before February 5, 2020 by using the dedicated email [emailprotected], copy furnished the Chief, Regional Investigation Division. Attached is a copy of amended Annex "A" integrating the remarks column for partial marking and/or other information.
